Wouldnt pay that much for a headunit anyway, would most probably be able to find somethin that does the same stuff at half the price.

it all depends what you want from you headunit
very nice but like they sed, depends how much u gonna spend on the system! some top spec units have mulitple amp outputs but if u only plannin on havin std door speakers a lower spec unit would be more worth while!

Alpine HU's even the bottom models have better specs than most other HU's, and they usually exceed the listed specs by far. I dropped $500USD,
i think 287 in your currency, on my Alpine and i would NOT give it up for any other unit on the market. I'd say get that one dont settle for nothing but the best even for just a small listening system.
HMmmm i just noticed that is the same aas my HU but its silver bu tthe US model is black.
Theres alot they dont list that this model has if its like mine. 5 band
parametric EQ, Defeatable internal amp, 6 channel digital time correction, Nokia Cell phone hookup through AiNet. 6 position crossover with 4 position slope comtrol, sub phase control. and i dont think you have XM Satelite radio over there yet but mine can control it that one might if they expand over there
