looks very clean 4 the age did the last owner loose the keys or sumat what millage has it done?

slam it on set of fk coilovers single light de baged grill and 2 top it off a set of ronel turbo rims look proper bo i tell ye::wave::
im already plannin on a debadged grill and i dont like them rims ur on about :s
and it does need lowerin eventually but nothin stupid cuz of all the speed humps, and where u been hidin stranger seen u walkin up pye green road a few times in stadium area

So come on Sam what are your plans or at least some of them , if your going euro i have 2 sets of spacers you could be interested in 10mm for the fronts and 3mm for the rears................it would look fat then.

It depends what look you like..........myself its got to be the motorsport look i just can't be doing with all this leather and silly double colours plus 13"/14" wheels , check this motor out XGOLFTDI baby..............www.carpi.ch its the red golf3 devil i've got the silver checks but i've picked a different patten for the bonnet etc.
I've also got the front splitters and having the arches modded in some way , thats why i've got the spacers. BUT THEY SENT TWO SETS...................SO ONE SET FOR NOUT.
I aint havin no wild bodykit on it pmsl

Lowered (sensibly) Debadged Grille, Wanted angel eyes but aint gonna bother now dnt think, clear healights (maybe), m3 style rear lights and de tango my side repeaters n front indicators :D
Dunno how long im keeping him for yet, probably only about a year then ill upgrade lol

Darling!!.........for 1 its not really a kit as such and i wouldn't expect most people to like this look or have it as a daily driver no , most of the mk2's and 3's are a lot subtle these day's and i respect that especially when you look at other car models looks/kits.............Ford and corsa's etc come to mind here!

ye it would look ace stupidly low, but it would cost a fair whack to drop it that much and if she is already talking about selling the car in a year or so then whats the point in spending £300 plus on suspension?
Lowering springs for 40-50 mm will cost about £60 and will do the job nicely just have a really hard ride which is what I would do personally.

good job i dont like them aint it i own one its a bit different to liking it and it has been sale for a while fact ive had 3 dubs in my track record so far one being a bit rare doesnt say much does it;)

the vw and ford scene are all about subtile, etc! most people who maddly mod them get slatted by 90% of the duber's and ford lovers!
still, if u got silly power (like dalbach racing golf 900 bhp) then i would make it look mental too!

yep agreed with ste my car is very boarder line cause it have alot of smoothness an euro look but then it is quite mad front bumper but if you saw it from the back with the porsche tail pipes an the smooth rear bumper its very euro but we all know wat sam needs to do to hers wack a 18t 20v in it yer baby have some fun pissing over cars worth 10times as much tis all good fun

some one passed me the other day in burntwood in a dark green mk3 golf ,and he gave me the "your a nutter " sort of sign ,i was quiet dissaponted cos i like what ive done to mine ,it was as if he was sayin Nooooo What Have You Done :(,i havnt changed it that much i dont think :(
Im now thinking of putting the origional VW grill back on it

Or its nice to here and see people who are in looooooove!! No Xgolf don't change a thing , the golf3 does look good as is but you only have to do small subtle things as you've done to make it a lot more complete and different , no offence to the mags but most of the time they will try and reinvent the wheel to sell more copies , if you ever took a look back to when the mk1 came out about 3/5 years later they were running around with every conceivable kit and mod they have now believe mi..................it all starts/comes from Germany anyway.

i think the dub scene will change soon an body kits will come more into it cause i know alot of companys going tits up because of this an they are now not advertising in the mags which meens the mags aint makin the money they need so i can see it changin soon might be wrong but thats my 2 pence and sue ur car looks sweet dont change it !!!!

Audi.....i got to agree with here most people don't see may be what we do and to be honest its best to be this way , but if your a bit political and disillusioned with some of what a certain mag or two puts out on there front cover or inside............for instance mk4's with just a bigger wheel change and a few small interior nick knacks which you can hardly call radical especially when some of these motors are/were tdi's its a full on joke!!
And if you haven't used all the usual interior and exterior companies your 1 not in the club and 2 haven't payed your dues.
