A ported box?

ported is best for bass, but the sub has a lower life span

sealed is best for punchy bass and the sub will have a longer life then the ported.

depends is u want SPL or SQ really!

if u making ur own then be careful as a port in wrong place or wrong length sounds ****e!

Id go sealed with decent quality subs, punches much tighter that way and rattles the car less.
If they are ****e subs then Id go ported might aswell get the most volume out of them if amazing quality isnt an issue.

If you want deep bass then go ported, but if not i'd go seale. Much more realiable and you'd have to sub longer.

Every sub is different, VIBE subs are designed to be used ported, but the port is an extremely sensetive factor in box design. Go by the recommendations of the sub manufacturer, they will advise you of what gets the best from their product.
