Hi peeps, iv just ordered a bodykit for my car and i need some tips on how to fit it. I have got a Max Power/Haynes fiesta manual and that tells you how to fit a kit but it says to use some 'MASTIC' to stick and seal the parts on. The thing been i don't know where to get any of this sealant from. Anyone got any solutions or ideas where? Cheers. Fastfez:confused: ::SmilyBee

B&Q or Do-it-all mate, comes in a cylinder tube and it'll have a pointy nozzle strapped to the side which you put on the end when you use it. You'll need to buy the applicator gun aswell if you havent got one.

Ask the spotty young geek in the store if you cant find it anywhere mate :D

Mastic is basically the same as silicon, except maybe a tiny bit weaker and is usually coloured or white as opposed to being clear like silicon.

personally i'd just get a bodyshop to properly drill and screw it on, then fill over the holes
