very easy to build, if you make a flat one, just frame out what you need with MDF then put that tape that you can paint over all over it, then fibre glass over that, then cut, fill sand ect ect:
EDIT: go out and buy one of them maxpower haynes books, the ICE one its a good read! but some of the ones you see in mags will cost over £5k from a shop :(

i was lookin at the rings but then again its just as easy to cut some out! and as for the boxes geeez!!!!
theres a company in Wolvo called RJM who make the boxes for bass junkies who are very cheap, and can do custom work,
and i know the Nova Boot's a pain, the Clio ain't much easier!!

the boxes are easy to make, but the problem is making them sound right!

my mates just been quoted 3k for a custom boot build for a pug 106 i think from motor world but that was wit staff discount
Fiberglass isnt to hard to work with if you take ur time, and can cope with the fumes LOL, ive used it in two previous boot builds, just go for it and dont be afraid to experiment. Just make sure you keep everything around where you are working covered us as the resin can melt stuff as it heats up, hope that helps people

I love that fresh install smell! cant beat it ! lol
Back to topic... Its not too hard if you take your time, just make sure you dont get loads of resin and hardner mixed because it goes hardhish quite quick, and its bloody annoying when it goes stringy and wont stick!(n)
lol just relised how old this thread is! oops!
