wide angle horn tweeters

ive just got some of them to put in an install they looked like they would be loud but there is not any Instructions i think there for domestic or disco type set ups

now it says on the box that they dont need a cross over and the ohm rating is fequencey dependant ( i think thats what it said )But that they will take a lot of power but not how much

if i conect these to an amp do you think they will blow up ?

has any one used these type of tweeters in a car ?

i'd first connect them direct to head unit n tickle the volume to see what happens! if they work ok, try ampin them! main difference in car stuff is the ohms rating init so if depends on the frequency of music u listenin to cant be a problem i guess!

ive run them off a car amp and they are realy loud
but i can wire them in series to make them 4ohm ( i think thats right ) that should stop them blowing up ( i think it only does damage to your amp if you lower the ohms )

but i think im deaf now !!! LOL
