Just one year after Google was founded (1998) the first ever online generic modified car club was created. This was during the pinnacle of the biggest modified car era. Paving the way for online organised meets, and serving to boost the scene beyond any other time in history.
The Club brought petrol heads together from all walks of life to share stories and attend meets and shows, whether it they owned anything from Porsche or a Vauxhall Nova. Simply unified by the love of modifying cars, Streetrace paved the way for clubs to follow.
